Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Nationalwide Portapotty Portable Washrooms Rental Program, you agree to comply with the following terms. These terms apply to all services provided by Nationalwide Portapotty, including rentals of Standard Restrooms, Deluxe Restrooms, ADACompliant Restrooms, Holding Tanks, Restroom Trailers, Sink Stations, and VIP Standalone Trailers.

Charges and Payment

Customers are responsible for payment for all services rendered, including delivery, pickup, cleaning, relocation, unblocking units, cancellation fees, or damage repair not covered under normal wear. Charges align with the current pricing schedule. 

All fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file immediately after service completion.
Invoices for unpaid balances must be settled within 10 days of issuance. Late payments may incur fees up to the maximum permitted by law. 

Nationalwide Portapotty reserves the right to suspend services, recover overdue payments, or retrieve equipment for nonpayment. Returned checks may incur additional fees.

Waste and Usage Guidelines

Customers must ensure only human waste and approved toilet paper are disposed of in units. Prohibited items include:

  • Hazardous, toxic, flammable, or biomedical waste (as defined by federal/state laws).
  • Feminine hygiene products, diapers, wipes, chemicals, liquids, or aerosol cans 

Nationalwide Portapotty assumes ownership of compliant waste once collected. Customers retain liability for prohibited materials and agree to cover related damages, penalties, or cleaning fees.

Property Care

Customers must ensure delivery/pickup areas can safely support equipment weight. Nationalwide Portapotty is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces during service.

Contamination & Additional Fees

Units contaminated with prohibited items (e.g., nonbiodegradable materials, chemicals) may incur a $50–$150 cleaning fee. Documentation will be provided.

Equipment Use & Care

Customers must not overload, vandalize, relocate, or misuse equipment. Liability for injuries or damages from improper use rests with the customer. 

Units must remain accessible and unlocked for servicing.

Access & Scheduling

Ensure unobstructed access to equipment on service days. Missed servicing due to inaccessibility may incur a $75 rescheduling fee.
Delivery/pickup times are estimates and subject to delays from weather, traffic, or mechanical issues.

Pricing & Cancellations

Pricing varies by unit type and location, confirmed upon booking.
Cancellation fees: 

$50 per Standard/Deluxe/ADA Restroom or Sink Station.
$100 per Restroom Trailer, VIP Trailer, or Holding Tank.
Changes within 48 hours of service incur 50% fees. No refunds for sameday cancellations.

Delivery & Pickup

Drivers may refuse unsafe or inaccessible deliveries/pickups, resulting in a $125 trip fee.
Notify Nationalwide Portapotty via email (support@nationalwiderentals.com) when units are ready for removal. Rental periods end upon notification.

Disclaimer

Nationalwide Portapotty is not liable for damage to underground utilities, driveways, or landscaping. Customers must disclose buried utilities prior to delivery.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, legal restrictions).

Legal & Refunds

Breaching parties agree to cover reasonable attorney fees.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service and are granted at Nationalwide Portapotty’s discretion.
